This was my first time over to Joe and what a great first experience it was! The first day we drove all the way up to Red Ives and explored around for a bit, catching a few fish, but before long decided to drive back and focus on water closer to Avery. BWO's, PMD's and griffith's gnats in sizes 18 and 20 produced the most fish. The fly shop in Avery was very helpful in water and fly selection. overall, it was a great trip and I can't wait to get back.
