Three weeks to go. Still focus on tying 12. Maybe we get a few more late comers to fiill the spots. If not, Tracy's suggestion of giving each participant two of all flies (except his own) should work. How is everyone doing?

I am almost done with my 12. It has been slow going because I have only been tying for about a month, but I am having fun!

Since Tracy has tied up a killer Hohbo style fly, I'm going to change mine up.

I'll tie a Winter's Hope for the swap. Just need to pick up some more arctic fox and sit down to tie this weekend. They'll be in on time.

Ansas, thunder and lightning on a tube looks like thunder and lightning in a fly box! Looking very good.

Some are in, where are yours for those that are not yet on the list? Sorry, I should have updated this earlier when some more flies were received. The Mrs says another set arrived today, not sure who's. I'll update when I know.

If you stick a fork in this swap, is it done yet?

Eric, I believe that I have one set still in the mail. As soon as they arrive I'll get them out. Seems one of our mates had a bit of delay and needed another day to get them done.

Hey Ed, did you get my flies? I would just like to apologize in advance, my prawns are different colors because I ran out of materials and live in the suckhole of places to buy fly tying material. That being said, they are all the same fly, and all of the color combos have caught me winter fish in one place or another. Also this is my first attempt at tubes, so figuring out head spacing was a challenge. Im stoked to see everyones ties!

JS, I got yours on Monday, all good. I have one set that is due any time. Once they are here I'll turn them around quick to all participants.

All flies are now in. I'll try to get them split up and mailed within the next day or two. For those that did not send postage it might take a day longer so I can make a trip to the post office. Sorry to keep you all waiting. I thought giving Bouface a couple of days would be worth it. I think his flies will prove worthy of the slight delay.
