Fished Storm Lake from 7:30 to 9:30 on Saturday. The water was perfectly still when I arrived and a few rings were visible now and then. By the time I got on the water, the surface activity slowed to almost nothing. Water temp was 70 degrees. Found fish in 17+ feet of water with the fish holding 13-15' down. Hits weren't lights out but were pretty consistent over the two hours. As long as I was patient in letting it sink before starting the retrieve, the hits were frequent enough to keep it interesting. Fish were in the 11-13" range mostly.
