You have an open seat whenever you want to fish with me.
Hitting the lake Sunday with John. Reports and pics coming whether its good, bad or ugly.
I met john at 5am. We were on the water by 5:45. The Lake is about 75 degrees. There was so much vegetation it was tough to cast anywhere that wasnt covered water. We managed a few bass in the 2+lb range, and lost a few. Beavers and eagles playing in the area. We will be back mid October when it cools off, and the vegetation fades away. Great time and day on the water. Thanks to John for joining me today.
I was told the popper i caught fish with today was made by Billy(with soap lake mojo) for a fly swap.
God I don't feel old but I can't remember what fly that is???? I tied a rat for a swap?
And I should really bottle and sell soap lake mojo
It was a black double barrel with red bucktail you gave me when pops and I came out to park lake bash and we did our first swap.
ah yes. double barrel popper head and bucktail out back is deadly and durable! any pictures of the fish???
Peyton caught it but mistakenly used me as the talent. The rest were the same size so we didn't picture document. So.e might say it didn't happen that's okay.
