Went out chukar hunting by Ellensburg on the LT Murray this weekend and saw two bucks a 3x4 and 4x4 chasing does. I walked to within 30 yards of one buck and his neck was huge. He was so intent on the does just ignored me and the dog. Hardly wait for late archery to start.

Pretty slow so far for me but it has only been 2 days. Passing on the little guys though.

I have hunted two days late muzzleloader season and have seen only one doe. It's been slow. Anyone out there seeing any game? Any sign of the late rut/second estrus does?

Got back from hunting this weekend and screwed up a great opportunity on a huge 5x5!! I had so much addrenaline pumping that I think I pulled my bow back and spooked him. He was just coming around this patch of trees at 25 yard too!! I am so bummed! Anyways, between the 3 of us hunting, we saw a total of 15 different bucks with 2 that were in the 150 class and up. I can't wait for this weekend!
