Unfortunately, a substantial portion of the population has no interest in what Mr. Darwin had to say about anything.

Funny, without him you all may not know what you are fishing for....what they eat...habitat...geography...and besides, my post is the truth MOST CANNOT HANDLE. Change....it is the only survival mode we HAVE to adapt to. All falls under this. Even Government. If any of you want to discuss this...this is one argument i will never have. Change is everything and happens daily. Just like the currents we fish...constantly changing.... "People should not be afraid of their governments, their governments should be afraid of its' people" -V

I didn't hook shit yesterday, but I didn't care cause the monkey pipe transitioned me from "work time" to "outdoor time".

Yeah, the "Party of No" can't CHANGE. In fact, they want to go backward 50 years. Losers. Just a bunch of losers. Don't buy in to it. This is what I think of them:

Whoops. I apologize to all for the last post. This is what happens when you get almost old... (Actually, some idiot on here called me a communist/socialist and, what have you, a couple month ago in a PM. I just never got over it!) Sorry to my conservative friends on here. :)

I have no argument with anyone who feels that smoking weed enhances their fishing experience. I have witnessed circumstantial evidence that it can put one in the "zone!" I always used to crack up when the fishing was slow and a friend of mine would fire up a bowl and then get a strike while he was engaged in toking up. "Never fails!" he'd exclaim.

For those of you that think pot is harmless,Google Nancy van etten, and see my sister dead under a yellow tarp killed by a guy that tested positive for thc. I got the great experiance of hearing this bastards lawyer state in court " my client smokes dope but under current oregon state law ther is no way to determine how inpared he was at the time of the accident." he walked and never spent a day in jail. yep dope is harmless until somebodys killed!!!!!!

Not defending the guy or belittling your sisters death at all. THC stays in the system for weeks. So if someone smoked a joint, then two weeks later that happened, they would say there was THC in their system, though the cause of the accident could be totally unrelated.

That's tragic and I'm sorry for your loss. And yes I'm editing this. No one should drive impaired. Whether it's alcohol, marijuana, flexeril, cigars, cel phone, legal opiates, what have you. The man who made the decision to drive fucked up is the one responsible for the death of your sister. It's horrible. He should be in jail. There's no excuse . The only way to change that is to stiffen penalities for DUI and reckless driving, regardless of the cause.

I think the same penalties should be applied for any kind of impaired driver. I think a texting driver is every bit as dangerous as a drunk as shit one.

Exactly. If you make the decision to put other peoples lives at risk, you should face an equivalent penalty.
