Here's a late January Skagit buck.
I can't help but think of the fish I wish I got pictures of.
What do you call that fly pattern?
My best fish of '07 and only Sauk fish before moving away from God's country. This fish and the river it was hanging around in haunt me.

I call it damned effective in almost any water.
A couple from this year, can't claim that big buck he was caught by a good friend last year on the Sky. Still what a specimen! I'm hanging it up until June, I burned my self out pretty good over the past couple months. Tough year, but still managed some really special fish. Rob, you complain about how tough the fishing is, yet you're still catching more than many of us. I'm just hoping we have a decent summer run in PS this year
