big ass nasty ass tube steelhead flies
I've been hooked on Intruders lately.
been tyin alot of clousers in various colors/size for the 410 area, big chunky bass streamers, and now skwala's for spring and big ugly foam and non foam terrestrials for summer
Buggers and streamers for the Bighorn River. Dead of winter is undoubtly the best time to fish it IMHO.
Spouse bought me a 32 compartment Wheatley box for christmas. Would never have dropped the bucks on my own, but thrilled to have it. Decided I was going to stock it with all new flies of my favorite patterns. Finished with midges and caddis, working on BWO and PMD's now. Kind of fun deciding what patterns and sizes to put in it.
Hoppers, Cicadas, Chironomids of various sorts, two types of scuds in different colors, six packs, stillwater bugs, . . . . .
workin on blue/black instruders on fish skull shanks. no wieght. i plan to to but barbell eyes/beads on my stiinger/ hooks for an adjustable wieght system. anyone ever try this out? of course ill tie up some with lead bodies too.

Finally got this thing out of the vice. At least it kept me occupied while snowed in.
