I'd like to know where I can find carp like you're holding in Eastern Washinton?
Me too.. :beathead:
That's what is Needed for those Thrasher & Trasher Humanoids on the Kern River during the Summer... Disgusting Pigs the lot of them...
Along the mid Columbia, early season, April, it's a burgundy mohair leech. A little later it's the SJW in wine, or pink. In July, the fun really starts with the mulberry hatch. Dry fly sight fishing:
Also use the carp woolly: http://www.washingtonflyfishing.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=293
Also the carp carrot.
Forget about the goose poop fly. That idea didn't work: http://www.washingtonflyfishing.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=1544&ppuser=440

I think the fish he's holdinig is great. But, I also think it's a stripped bass. There's all kinds of fishing for all kinds of fish in the delta. There have been strippers down there for many years. My Dad ussed to catch them in the bay at some fishing club when he was working with a guy who belonged that was about 65 years ago. Bob
yeah it is a striper
