One of Jack and me by my stellar fishing buddy/photographer, Dave Perry.
Wow. I love how that totally captures the feeling of those late summer sunrises. I love standing on an east side beach and feeling the sun come up behind me, and watching it light up the Olympics in the distance.
It would certainly be a heck of a lot easier to find a parking spot at the launch outside of salmon seaso.
Real nice work Paul, thanks for sharing that.
Wow Paul. Have been reading your posts for years now and didn't realize you were an artist. Probably the last here to know. Really exceptional work. I like it a lot.
I thank everyone for the compliments. These shots are equivalent to doodles IMHO just nice shots I loaded onto the iPad and processed through a couple different apps. Fun stuff those iPad apps. I'm really happy these days to leave my very long standing perception of photography and take it to a place free of the need to pretend to present the subject he way it really looks and play at showing how it could feel.
For those that might be curious my apps of choice generally are, handy photo, pics play pro, painteresque and then for layer masking Art Studio.
