That's hillarious. I think Roland Martin must have some Vegas debts or something, the way he's pimping things these days...you see his show lately? It's one long commercial, interupted by the occasional bass.
I SEEN SOME PEOPLE WITH ONE OF THESE A WHILE BACK. FUNNY AS CRAP, THE THING WOULD ONLY SHOOT OUT LIKE TEN FEET OF LINE AND MADE A HORRIBLE SOUND WHEN IT DID.
I think a bunch of us should get one and have a fishing tournument with them at one of the put n' take lakes.
hahaha... a fishing tournament with these things... that'd be fun...
Ran across this a couple of months back and posted the link to a couple of UK fly boards. I didn't think the 'Brits' could have that much fun. Some of the comments (posts) were simply 'Priceless!'
already got one...I hear they're coming out with a spey version sometime in late may.
Ohmygod!!! can you say POTATO GUN!!??
Keep us posted; gotta have one of those Puppies. I can picture how the conversations would go on the beach.
These would fit all of the newbies to a "T". Learn to fly fish in one easy lesson.
I want one in an over/under. Look out ducks and bucks.
Too funny. Roland must be hurting.
I wondered about that too.
I bet if you switched out the chamber to stainless steel and connected a compressor you could "cast" that bad boy a mile!
I would bring out my pancake compressor and see what those things car really do! But remember Roland Martin endorses it becuse it "really Catches fish!" And i don't think roland Martin would lie to me! So i will be ordering one or maybe two (Present for Big Skeels he has a hard time catching fish) and i think a fishing tournement with them is one of the best ideas i have heard in a coons age! Lets do it! HAhahahah
in the Boot family we work on similar technologies. We can throw a "Boot Beadhead Chernobyl Ant" 4,000 miles utilizing this Surplus Russian ICBM rocket launcher, no falsecasts or spey rods or nothing. If you know any young upstanding citizens who wish to real the line in please let me know.
