| About Me |
I'm a 41 year old currently working as an I.T. Administrator in Rome, although my office is technically within the borders of the Vatican City-State. I've been fishing all my life, there's a photo of me catching a minnow at age 4, although I have no recollection of the historic event.
I've moved around quite a bit, having lived and fished in various countries, including a glorious 3 year stint on Weno island, Chuuk State, Micronesia in the Central Pacific, where my 8wt rod was put aside in favor of the trolling big guns for bluewater stuff.
I started fly-fishing years ago, but only really got back into it pretty recently -- my favorite rod now being a bamboo 6-/12' 4wt Orvis Flea that performs really well on the small trout streams of Central Italy. |
