    FIRST LARGEMOUTH

My first largemouth on the fly (first on any rod for that matter). HUGE added bonus was my daughter joining me on the outing. If I could just figure out how to slam the Carp going nuts all around us, it would have been a crazy day. ANY HINTS????

Nice photo! try some smaller olive buggers for carp, but you need more stealthy than bass...

Well... that is a nice fish...! There was a Carp Fly Swap a while back... http://www.washingtonflyfishing.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=18105

The one that I have heard works well is the "Corn Fly"... http://www.washingtonflyfishing.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=298&cat=18105

    Cheers
