This is a classic atlantic salmon fly (although it doesn't look like it. Apparently Roderick Haig-Brown mentions it as one of the 'do not be without' winter run flies. For low clear water on the island (and on the OP as well i'd guess), this one can be deadly.

Front Hackle: Blue Eared Pheasant Rump
Wing: Peacock herl
Head: Orange seal (makes it a bit like an eggsucker doesn't it?)
