Fyi that is a golden dorado which is a kinda strage name (golden gold) but anyways they are in no way related to pelagic dorado and spend all their time in fresh water. They almost look like trout with the adipose fin and all. Great fish!
"The Latin name for Golden Dorado is "Salminus Maxillosus" with the former referring to its salmon-like features and the latter describing the powerful jaws. Despite its name it is not related to the Salmon. "Golden" refers to the beautiful colours (yellow, orange and black) of this magnificent fish . Smaller fish are called Doradito’s and are best described as a prehistoric trout with huge head and powerful jaws."
