    Why do u ask if that was WA? There are huge numbers of scorpions in the desert areas in the columbia basin, I used to catch a bunch every summer.

    My friend caught a bunch of those from EW and kept them in fish tank filled with sand and rocks with chunks of tree bark for them to hide under, they lived for like 2 years.

    What is wrong with Flyfishsteel's question? He just wanted to know if it was from Washington State. He lives in western wa. Did you ever think he may not fish eastern wa or has never seen a scorp in this state.

    Last summer I found one of those guys wandering across my livingroom floor one night. The cats were trying to play with it.


    They aren't particularly harmful. No more so than a wasp. (Unless you're allergic of course) Good for helping keep the insect population down some.
