I guess I can take credit for this chiro. Its a pattern that I got from none other than gotchasr himself...the zen master of chironomid fishing.
Tie in v-rib and wrap it forward. Tie off v-rib then tie on some pheasant tail for the shell. Then tie in the antron for the gills using an x pattern to tie it in. Then tie in in your peacock hurl and wrap it forward moving the antron out of the way. Tie off hurl and pull pheasant tail over and tie that off also. Whip finish and its all done.
This is the chiro pattern I have had the best luck on no matter what lake I toss it in. Thanks Scott!
