    before I snuck up and spooked them with the camera - there was about 20 or more. Now there are 4 that I can spot. These are (I"m 99% sure) little wild cutties working their way up a small inlet to Rattlesnake Lake. Think the pic was taken in December, but would have to double check the timestamp...

    Oh, and EVERY nook and cranny from the lake to this spot a few hundred feet up had trout in it. 7 to 10 inchers. I guess many could be stocked bows trying to spawn??

    Just an Old Man
    I see a couple. But this brings up simething else. Was looking in the water under one of the many bridges in Madison Co. I guess that the fish do really spawn here. Must of been about 10,000 fry swimming around in the shallows.It looked like one of the many spawing ponds in most of the fish hatcherys in Washington State. A sight to behold
