    The tail looks square, so it is likely a dolly arctic char tend to have a little more of a forked tail.

    thats a char with a beat up tail, if its bigger than 20 inches and sea run its a char, dollies rarely get over 16 inches when they are sea run. Of course the only way to tell is to geneticly sequence then fish...
