    nah, i dont smoke fish, they all go in my WOK. =) this ones meat was dark orange, its goin on the grill baby.

    sweet... have you come up with some good recipes for salmon wok dishes? if so you should share... i like wok cooking but im just learning (not very good yet)

    lol. i was just kidding about the wok...heck, recipes? start with garlic and olive oil and you cant go wrong. just dont forget the RICE. =)

    if you want that hatchery bonker to taste really good... get some good caesar salad dressing, sour cream and cheddar ruffles, and grated cheese. Get a good baking dish put some fillets in the dish wih olive oil on the bottom (so it wont stick)..then smother the fillets with the dressing crunch the chips into little pieces on top of the fish.. then sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover with lid. Bake at 500 deg for 12-15 min... should have golden brown crust on top... tastes great...works good with any fresh fillet. Rock fish especially
