    Looks like glow bugs under an idicator. I haven't put on the indicator yet this season, but might have too just to break from the swinging deal now and then. Nice fish!!

    To answer all those questions:
    -Ya its the new Sage jacket and its awesome, it snowed and rained all day, but I was dry as could be.
    -The fish was taken on the Salmon river, on reservation land with a tribal guide.
    -Unfortunately I didn't have tape to measure it, but with a rough scale it measured between 36 and 40 inches and weighed between 17-19 lbs.
    -I was fishing with egg pattern/glow bug 9 feet below the indicator. I know it seems like a lot of leader, but thats the way the guide wanted me to fish it, which was quite an adjustment for my casting; a bit hard getting used to.

    Salmon river in Idaho? That is an awfully good looking fish for the eastside in January.
