    Damn Wind

Had a wee bit of Wind on Friday the 8th. Power was out for a ton of folks, as of this posting it is for some still. Walla Walla must have 2 pine trees left.

That looks about like our old neighborhood. I grew up at 616 University there in town by the college.

It is a small world, ain't it Smile This is at Stahl and S. 3rd (two block south and east of St. Marys Hospital). University is a real mess.

We lost some big trees. Sadly the cemetery was a mess. Strangely the wind storm started about 15 minutes after my grandfather passed away. Possibly the town's way of saying goodbye. He was nearly everyones pediatrician in the 60's through the early 90's and it seemed like the whole town turned out to the funeral. It was an interesting course of events.
