Tie and cement bead chain eyes, tie in tail midway around hook bend at 45 degree angle. Tie in ice chenille and groom back fibers after each turn. Last turn comes under eyes, tie off and form small head with thread.
Let this fly sink to bottom in front of carp, when it comes near, make a short strip to make fly create a "puff" on bottom silt. This should trigger the strike.
