    Sweet fish David. Looks like a steelhead to me also. It does not look like it has very many cutthroat charateristics if any to me.

    There is a decent chance that is a hybrid, or as others have mentioned it may just be a rainbow which has residualized in the estuarine waters of Puget Sound. (I am assuming you caught this fish in the salt). Either way cool fish and it looks very much like an o. mykiss.
