yeah actually there was a count done on july 4 and 5 th last year, sumthin like 1100 on the 4th. there is a reason they had a DUI check on the way back into town with a 30 ft paddy wagon both days too! Thats when you know the party is on the river!
As much as we all know how dangerous REALLY drunk drivers can be,(not the ten or twelve beers easily consumed on a normal fishing day) I want to see more littering fines being handed out there on the mad. It's a F'ing sad sight the next morning in the parkinglots, shoreline, river. Way too much garbage. Makes me want to fight people.
