    That was about 25 feet away, and 2 seconds before I got REAL nervous.


    I had seen this little guy and set up my ambush for the shot with the wind blowing from him to me. What happened next was he spotted something else and turned around and ran straight towards me. I took this picture and then started jumping and waving my arms. He was so intent on getting away from whatever else he saw he kept running at me (completely oblivious of me) until about 15 feet away. I bent down to pick up a baseball sized rock and when I straightened back up his eyes got about as big as mine were and he arched his back, did a little growl and a sideways hop, and took a 90 degree turn and went into the grass up on the embankment.


    I calmly retreated to safety, and changed my drawers...
