No eyes, I just used black thread and that's the head you see. I haven't fished it yet, so hopefully it will catch fish. I did put in in a glass of water, and I really like the way the body looks subsurface. Here is the recipe:
Hook: #14 400T
Thread: 8/0 Black
Wing: Foam cylinder
Tail: Brown Z-lon
Body: Brown turkey biot
Thorax: Brown dubbing
Hackle: Brown
