Nice!...are these all original or have some been updated (worked on). Some of the reel seats look immaculate.

Porter, To answer your question: The first three rods from the left, all British, are original condition. The next two, from contemporary makers, are original. The next eight, all Orvis, are all original except for minor repair wrap work on two of them. The next one, a pre-1950 unmarked American rod, was completely refinished. The one after, the Phillipson Peerless, is original. The next two Grangers have seen some work done on them. The one after that, a Wright and McGill Water Seal FA, is original. The next 2 rods are 2nd. era Goodwin Grangers, and the least fished, I must say. The second last rod, a Fred Divine from 1917-1919, is restored. The last rod, an English-made R. Sealey 3wt, is orginal. In reality, I like to keep the cork clean and wipe the grips down after every use -- all the rods are in circulation, although several, especially the Orvis rods, get used more than others. Regards, Kenneth
