    Grizzly 6
This is obviously not a terrestrial, it is my attempt at using hot glue. the pattern is was originated by Scott Howell. He describes the fly as "a small variation of one of the oldest 'roe' imitators in the Pacific Northwest. The original pattern called for chenille to simulate the single egg(s) and have been merely been replaced with a 'bead' formed with hot glue. It takes a bit of practice to make the eggs and using a rotary vise is almost a must"

    The recipe is:

    Hook Standard Salmon size 8
    Thread, hot orange
    Tail, white marabou
Body, 2 beads of hot glue separated by red hackle
    Collar, white hackle

I hope it catches fish for you!
