    I can't wait to see the recipe for this one. The dubbing on this little fly is very interesting. Depending on how the light catches it, the body looks either greenish or reddish. Very cool! I'll bet this one scores fish bigtime.

    Okay, here is the scoop on this one. Master Bright dubbing supplied by Rumpf is the body material spun in a dubbing loop. Keep it sparse. Then a webby saddle hackle or phesant rump. Simple. Master Bright comes in three colors. This is the brown version. I've also been experimenting with Ice dubbing but haven't found the same color in it. This is size 10 I think. I tie it in 8, 10, and 12. Fish it on an intermediate line or slow sinking line. Killer on Lenore last fall and the small resivors locally. I fish it on an intermediate line. Let it sink to depth and then short strips. Also works trolled in larger size with intermittent short strokes on the rod, pull and let it drop back. Can also be fished on a floater just under the surface like an emerger.

    Good looking soft hackle. as far as master bright it comes in more then 3 colors cause i have 3 other then the color you used. i have it in orange, purple and peacock black, it's a nice material.
