    S. Sound Cutthroat



    I caught this fish on the surface, I thought it was a small steelie at first, as there were no cutthroat marks, but the yellow on the lips makes me think otherwise.

    I would say cutt because of the spotting pattern among other things. Great fish.

    Searun Cutt no doubt. Most searuns show little if any red on their throats when caught in saltwater. You'll see more of that once they have been in the rivers awhile. The yellow fins are a dead giveway. Nice fish. Caught at a place near Gig Harbor with a small bridge?
