    No, but im pretty sure i fish a longer rod than you! the reel is a ross vision, i gave it a cerrimonial dunk in the yak (long story)

    Joe's right- the reel is a ross san miguel vision 2 in the platinum finish, and it was definitely baptized in the yak, along with my scott 884-3 G a couple years ago, quite near where this picture was taken actually. im still not really clear as to WHY my rod was (thrown) into the water, but amazingly enough, it was recovered downstream by way of its bright yellow fly line suspended two feet below the surface...its counterpart was unfortunately a casualty. thanks Aaron for the compliment!
