    Carp run movie

    Carp run movie

I wish i could have gotten the camera on earlier. They don't all go this far. The flyline and a bunch of backing were already gone when i got the movie going. I hooked this fish with the leader inside the rod tip.

I can honestly say that Andy's STH is dead, or at least on it's last breath. I fought one carp on it, and the wooden handle kept coming off; not to mention it seemed like it was almost in pain from the sounds it made when the carp started a new run Smile

My rod didn't do too bad, but I need some more practice with it before I tackle those carp again.

I have fixed that reel so many times, i dont think you can do anything to break it now. There is more superglue and epoxy on the reel seat and handle than wood or metal.

All I can see there is your reel. How do we know you don't have that line hooked up to your buddies jet ski? heh.

whose to say it isn't. In truth I have a 30meg movie of me fighting fish and landing them and such, but for some reason...it will not upload. So, last time i went out i took some more video..this is the short version. I will keep working with chris to get the other movie working, i think it is alot better.
