    My guess is some sort of small rock fish. Maybe somebody can identify it?

    Sculpin Enterprises
    That's a buffalo sculpin, Enophrys bison. It is the ONLY omnivorous subtidal fish north of San Francisco. They like green algae (Ulva) and thin red algae (Porphyra).
