    This fly is awesome in the saltchuck for resident silvers. The action of the hackle tied in reverse is tantalizing on the strip/pause. Coho can't resist it. I hear it works really well also for sea run cuts in the rivers.

    I think the "official" recipe calls for lady amherst, not mallard flank. Either way, its a kickass pattern
