Body: Green Dubbing or {Uni yarn}I have also done tan for this pattern
Post: White saltwater streamer hair {I also use Yellow and Red post}
Wing: Ginger Hackle
Thread: 6/0 Olive
I first made & used this pattern at Lake Merrill for the Hex hatch after getting tired of fish hitting and missing a standard high floating store bought Hex pattern.
I have since used this for both night fishing lake Merrill as well as a few hike in lakes.
