    26.5" OWYHEE RIVER BROWN

7:30 a.m. Pulled a black crystal bugger through the bottom of a deep slow hole. I have caught many 22" and 24" fish in this river but this is by far the best fish in 2 years. Worth the trip if you come over from Washington. Most of the time, this is a BWO and Midge fishery.

I got one of those Brown Monsters a few years ago. I need to make the trip on of these days. There is nothing like Browns the size of steelhead!

looks awsome, I've been wanting to go there ever since I saw some previously posted pics here on this site. Looks peacefull, that is untill you hook into a 26" brown first thing in the morning!! Good job

Look me up if you ever make it over. I live 55 miles away from the river. I'd almost rather fish there than the South Fork of the Boise River. I'm no pro but will be happy to show you what I've learned.
