Hello! Well the nymphs in my box are dull and not new. My ranks are just depleted! So it's time to tie NYMPHS! 2 fly's per pattern and 2 patterns to be tied. 4 total per tier. I don't mind what you do for your nymphs. Weighted or weightless. As for nymph type that's up to you all too! Just toe tag your flies. So what say you yah bunch o tying junkies! @b_illymac your in and also ide say your the best damn swap recruiter I ever seen. If your so inclined.

Okay, I've seen two very confusing messages in this conversation. One says 2 patterns 2 flies each pattern. The other says 2 patterns 20 flies per pattern. I'm pretty lost at this point. How many patterns, and how many flies each???
Tony the swap isn't final till team filled so u will get better instructions when it's finalized. You want to follow the swap master but John Gates and I are like brothers from another mother so in this case you want to listen to me it's 2 patterns 20 flies per pattern.
Okay I'm going to get started on those tonight. I already have 20 of one pattern. My variant of the Euro Pheasant Tail. Size 16 Jig Style with Tungsten. But they are different colors of beads, is that okay???
One is a total of flies with ten tiers in swap. (2 patterns 20 flies each pattern) or 2 patterns 2 fly's per Pattern per tier (10 total tyers) in swap. Essentially the same outcome. Just a different way of saying it. *Canadian voice* sorrwry aboot that.
@Tony T yeah those will be accepted! No need to fret over bead color! I will post detailed instructions with my address later today (the 23rd) in a private conversation. Thank you everybody for the participation!
UPDATE!!! as of a result of life sucking the fun out of two guys life's. We now have two positions open In This very prestigious (snark) nymph swap! So does anyone feel they could pump out 2 patterns, 20 flies each pattern. Guys I really don't mind d if it's a grhe or a pheasant tail or a little black headed caddis!
Also as a result of the drop outs I am pushing the due date backwards to march 1st gentlemen in the swap.
I ain't going to beg but I will say this, this will be a great, just great swap. Those other swaps are garbage, just garbage, huuuuuge trash really. People tell me this.. Important incredibly smart folks, so let's make swapping great again!
Please find the humor. Laugh with us! The flies be merry.
John
PS. @b_illymac how was that recruitment job
I've got my flashback Pheasant Tails done. 'Got started tying up some size 14 & 18 Baetis, but then read back through what everyone else was doing and decided that might be a bit repetitive. Maybe something in a Dank Beadhead Jig style nymph.
@jersey hey! I want to make clear. When I wrote no Frenchie here I was trying to communicate I was not tying one. You most certainly should tie a Frenchie if you would like.
Yes tie up 20 of each pattern I will be donating the flies in a fly box to project healing waters fort Lewis and McCord area. I live in Thier shadows here in Graham WA. @jersey
Trunk-burners, no-doubt. Great diner recommendations too? God I miss authenticity. Where did the proud men go?
I'll chuck in a few extra for your distribution choices @john gates.
