Mike-

This is a Callibaetis male imago. It has a common name of Specklewing Spinner. However, the male spinners often have completely clear wings. Incidentally the genus name is properly pronounced as caley-BEE-tis, notwithstanding that most flyfishers mispronounce it as caley-BAY-tis.
