These tiny little shrimp actually have a greenish tinge to them when out of the water. There have been huge wads of them around Area 9 and 10 lately.
Way too much bait to even try to "match the hatch" I have had good luck fishing a popper over the top of these schools when the fish are on the bite.

Absolutely awesome photo!

My experience is that the little guys will have varying colors of 'tint', from greenish (as noted by D3) to pinkish to orangeish . . . but it's always a tint of the translucent/white color. So, my sense is if you go for the translucent/white, you're nearly always in the money . . .
