Modified Palimino Midge

Modified Palimino Midge

This is another fly that really caught my eye. When I first saw it, I wished I had several for the previous two months. This is a very nicely tied fly that has some critical elements for imitating an emerging chironomid--or even a crippled one. Over the past two months, I've closely watched many chironomid hatches at my favorite lake. This fly has my vote of confidence.

So where's the recipe? Chop, chop! I need to make my own! That tail is killing me. How do you make it?
This is a modified palimino midge. Great evening fly that will fool any trout sipping emergers. (Instructions to be posted soon)
