Hook: TMC 9394 #6
Thread: White & Black 8/0 unwaxed
Tail: White marabou
Underbody: Silver holographic tinsel, small
Body: White E-z body tubing, small
Wing/back: Herring back Iceabou under 4 strands of peacock herl
Eyes: Stick on 3D eyes

Tie in the marabou and then lay down a double layer of the tinsel. Make five wide turns of the white to where the tinsel and marabou meet. Make two turns and leave the thread there. Slide the tubing over the tinsel and bind the tubing down in back with the white thread. Tie in at the front with black thread and tie down the front end of the tubing. Tie in the Iceabou and herl at the front, tie off, and whip finish. Tie down the Iceabou and herl at the rear with the white thread and tie off. Add eyes and head cement.
