Your head looks way better than anything I've trimmed up...that's partially why I go with a dubbed head.

I’ll tie a better one and see if I can get a good side shot. Pretty much making it up as I go

Some of my best ideas have come via this method. Although, I try not to make too many tweaks until I swim it...even if the fly looks like shit in my eyes, it may swim really nice and catch the shit out of fish. One of my flies that has put a couple in the net this year was almost an after-thought....
