Weird experimental bass fly that I’ve been working on for several years. The popper head is made from the cap and butt end of a “prime time little cigar” from my local hood mart. The cap has about a half dozen or so small glass beads in it for rattle action. Lots of thread and cinch wraps to secure the popper head to the upside down worm hook or whatever it’s called.

Hoping try this thing out this week on a floater as a surface popper and a sinking line as a slider hybrid thingy. Based on earlier experiments this should walk the dog pretty well with a loop knot.
