Tied these pike poppers today on tubes, still remember that crazy pike in Lapland last summer, not big but jumpped straight up 1 metre high with the popper in it's mouth! Was shaking my head sitting in my tube thinking, yeah, this is some fun kind of shit! For me, it's mostly streamers lately...

a little larger...for some reason, I never really fish white. That'll change this next year.

I've become a firm believer in multi-colored flies along with mottled materials. I feel it gives that illusion of extra movement.
