16’ Clackacraft Power Drifter, totally rebuilt 3 years ago. Boat was primarily used for stationary fly fishing for salmon in tidewater, which is why I am selling it – shoulders a mess, one just operated on, surgeon said flyfishing with heavy gear is over.
The Power Drifter, which Clackacraft is now remaking once again due to demand for these older models, was designed for scooting around tidewater, and is easily rowed as well. Boat is super stable, gets on plane quickly, does about 18 mph at ¾ throttle. Few times I used it for trolling, barely used 1/2gallon of gas in 4 hours. Rows pretty easily as well. Great boat for fly fishing, crabbing, salmon trolling, easy to tow to the lakes

-1983 boat, new transom, new epoxy bottom, hull strengthened and rebuilt 3 years ago, all new stainless or galvanized hardware.

-3 year old Tohatsu 20 hp 4 stroke electric start, power tilt and trim. Less than 100 hours on it, great motor, runs excellent. Flushed after every use, oils changed annually, winter prep include fogging cylinders.

-3 pedestal padded seats, super comfortable

-front and rear anchor davits with 2-30# pyramid anchors

-fish finder

-breakdown graphite oars

-anchor ropes, dock ropes, bumpers, life jackets, etc.

-sturdy, serviceable steel trailer, some light surface rust, bearings last year, new spare, new roller jack, new crank, has poly glide boards, so boat slips on and off super easy.

-interior paint needs a recoat.

Will sell the boat now for $5000. Otherwise once my arm is useful again, going to clean it up, paint the interior, and ask $6000 this summer. Boat is located on north end of Devils Lake, just outside Lincoln City, OR.
