Cedar River Salmon and Steelhead, Viability and Future.

Speaker Panel: Amy Windrope, WDFW Panel Moderator
• Aaron Bosworth, WDFW: fish and spawning escapement 20 year data update-Chinook, sockeye, Coho, and steelhead. Discussion of lost sport and tribal fishing in Lake Washington
• Neala Kendall, WDFW: Lake Washington sockeye findings status and outlook
• Scott Stolnack, WRIA 8: Updated Chinook recovery plan and efforts

Each speaker will introduce themselves and talk about their salmon recovery work in the Cedar River – Lake Washington system. Panel moderator will lead speaker’s discussion after the presentations. Questions from the audience will be addressed during these discussions. After the last presentation the moderator will attempt to draw conclusions about the state of Lake Washington salmon and steelhead, and where we might go from here.
