I was finally able to access the local river, still had to contend with mud and 1 1/2 feet of wet snow, but the shelf ice was almost gone. Temps have increased dramatically in the last couple of weeks, bringing the river temp up to the low 40's. Swung through the run first, two tugs and a temporary hookup was all I managed. Decided to explore the slower inside of the seam with my single hander and a Galloup dungeon articulated streamer and met up with this fat rainbow. 21" measured. Sorry about the pic quality but by myself and keeping it wet doesn't lend to pretty pictures.
