Should be OlympiaFarq now...
I found a few of these on the North Fork Flathead River in Montana last weekend. Never seen such big eyes on a mayfly before. Anyone know what it is?

I am not able to identify this female imago from your "fuzzy phone picture". In the future, please start a new thread when you submit a photo to be identified, rather than tagging it on to an existing thread started by someone else.
