Braised lamb shank with za'atar roasted fennel, roasted beets with lebneh, and pita. Delicious!
I made the braising liquid kinda thin so I could blend it and run it through a sieve. Now I have 2 quarts of a Persian spiced tomato soup! That will go great with grilled cheese sandwiches this weekend.

OhEgg roll city here! Bacon cheeseburger egg rolls, peanut butter jelly egg rolls, carnitas and cilantro egg rolls, spam egg rolls... it could be endless. I’ve realized I love fried egg roll wrappers...a childhood memory of dumping the filling of the Chun King egg roll and eating the egg rolll wrapper dipped in soy sauce. Don’t hate!
